Trouble with Officials

Trouble with Officials

Mark Clattenburg...probably the most hated official at the moment. Chelsea entertained Manchester United on Sunday night which would seem to be a mouth watering clash between two heavy weights,but.....
No it was completely spoiled by Clattenburg.

Clattenburg who is no stranger to making controversial decisions lets start shall we.

Tottenham and Manchester utd(no surprise there)

Pedro Mendes scored for Spurs and the goal was disallowed....how.... seriously how. The goal keeper hit the ball out the net.

Tottenham and Manchester utd(AGAIN)

Gomes was going do the usual goal kick and up stepped the little devil himself, Nani he took the ball from Gomes and it was allowed again...how...please someone help me!!!

Chelsea and Manchester utd(Shocker)

Clattenburg had sent off Ivanovic and Torres when United were on the back foot. 9 men Chelsea were dealt with another blow when Hernandez scored an offside goal which eventually cost Chelsea the game.

                                                           Chelsea stuck in 2nd gear.

The new season is a few weeks in already and the blues are throwing in a lot of mixed results.
The worrying thing is that we have a possible world 11 and yet we struggling a bit to do the simple things(score goals and defend)

Chelsea started with against City, okay fair enough its Manchester City. We got a small against newly promoted Reading. That game had lots of negative and positive points. We conceded goals that should have never been. Chelsea gave a fair performance against Newcastle, but Newcastle just came of a Europa league game so they were a bit fatigued.
Then the game against Athletico....good grief. The team didn't pitch up, Chelsea were letting Athletico play and got punished for it. If it was at the end of last season one feels that we would've won that game.
The game against QPR really irritated me, the team just lacked conviction and were struggling to get out of 2nd gear, fans did their usual thing and blamed Torres who I dont think was at fault.

The team doesn't look hungry enough, you never know which Chelsea you going to get when the game starts. Chelsea did have a good game against Juventus but the blues gave the ball away far to often, Juventus gave the ball away and Chelsea felt sorry for them and gave it right back. For me Chelsea have not been clinical enough to challenge for the title, yes its still early days, but it soon enough to give us an indication where we going in the Premier League.
